Members of the Charles DeGlopper Memorial Expansion project met on Tuesday, September 13th to sign the deed for the old Exxon property over to the VFW. The expansion is a cooperative effort by the Grand Island VFW Memorial Post 9249, Grand Island American Legion and Grand Island Moose Lodge #180.
